Where do you ship?
At this time, we are only shipping in the United States and charge a flat rate of $15. Multiple orders will be combined when possible. For more information on our shipping, returns and exchange policies, click here. If you are local to the Austin Metroplex, please reach out to me for a free delivery code.
When will I get my order?
In stock orders will be shipped by Wednesday of any given week. If you would like your order rushed, please contact us.
Made-to-Order items can take up to 8 weeks to complete after they have been purchased. Because all orders are handmade, I cannot speed up the process.
Will my order arrive safely?
All ceramics will be well packed. At the moment, i’m trying to repurpose shipping materials to reduce waste. Please don’t be offended if your handmade pottery arrives in a repurposed box. All orders are insured and you will receive an email with tracking information when your items ship. Did your item(s) arrive damaged? Don’t panic! Read our shop policies and reach out to us ASAP.
