Shipping Policy and Information

  • At this time, I am only shipping to customers in the United States. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $15. Multiple orders will be combined when possible. If you’re local to Travis County, please reach out to me via my “contact me” page for a free local delivery code.

  • I ship fully insured

  • Shipping will not be refunded if an item arrives broken. We will refund the price of the item or replace it.

  • Any and all shipping chargers are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of products.

  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered. However, if you do not want the mail carrier to leave a package at your door, please reach out to me so I can alert the mail carrier that a signature is required for delivery.

  • Upgraded shipping is available by request. The customer is responsible for extra shipping fees.

  • Did your piece break in transit? Don’t panic! This happens sometimes. Please do not discard the damaged product or packaging as this is required from the mail carrier to file a claim. Within 5 days of receiving the item, please snap a picture of the damaged piece(s) and email me at [EMAIL] so I can quickly file a claim and get a replacement or refund out as quickly as possible.

Return or Exchange Policy

  • We will accept item returns or exchanges within 5 days of you receiving your items. We will offer the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage.

  • If an item should arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will only be granted if the damage is documented and I am contacted within 5 days of receipt of the damaged package.

  • Please note: When shipping your item(s) back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Mia Makes Art is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

  • Because commissions are unique and made to order, we will not be accepting returns on commissioned items at this time.

Product Disclaimer

  • At Mia Makes Art, all items are handmade which means variations occur and are celebrated. Each piece may vary slightly in color, shape, and size.

  • Ceramics from Mia Makes Art is dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted otherwise. As with any ceramic item, handwashing is encouraged.
